Service Description
Our disability support offers services in the areas of home care, personal care, and 1:1 support to persons who have physical, emotional, and, or behavioural challenges. We can help with life skills development, job coaching, and can accompany you or your loved one to appointments and, or outings. We provide support and guidance to adults with a developmental disability who are living on their own in the community so they can live as independently, safely, and securely as possible. Some support can be: - In-home visits - Accompaniment to grocery store - Accompaniment to appointments - Outings to outdoor activities, parks, indoor playgrounds and more - Assistance with applying for government supports such as Passport Funding, ODSP, etc - Exploring available community resources - Liaise with community agencies, government agencies etc. - Support with personal care needs such as: toileting, feeding and dressing. - Develop and implement self-care routine - Support with using assistive devices
Cancellation Policy
We require a 72-hour notice to cancel a service booking, otherwise a minimum 4-hour fee will still be charged. If you cancel 24-hours or less prior to scheduled service date and time, the entire time will be non-refundable.
