Nanny Services

Mother and Baby

Being a new mom is rewarding but can be so tiring. Taking care of a newborn, (especially if you have other children at home and are taking care of other household duties), can leave you drained and overwhelmed. Relieve-Me offers Night Nanny and Nanny Housekeeper services that provides support to new moms so they can get the rest they deserve. We can provide these services on an occasional or short-term, full or part-time basis in Durham Region and Scarborough.
 

Nanny Housekeeper - Nannies help new moms during the day with baby routines and household chores and duties. They can provide care to babies during the day so mom can have some rest, personal time, or whatever their needs are. As well, they can help with household tasks that help lighten the load and facilitate the transition to living at home with a new baby.

Night Nanny - (Baby Nannies provide overnight care for newborn babies up to 4 months old (16 weeks old)

Baby Nannies provide care to babies during the night allowing moms to get some rest. When needed, they can also provide personal support to moms that help them to heal. We also have Sit-In Nannies during the night who provide care for older babies and children up to 12 years old. 

 

The cost for Night Nanny service starts at: $280.00+ per overnight. Overnight Nannies provide a minimum of 8 hours care per night. You are welcome to extend past this time. Additional hours will be $39.00+ per hour. Support can include some or all of the following:

  • care for baby | child while you sleep

  • soothe baby | child back to sleep

  • night time support for children

  • supervise and ensure baby or child's safety​​

  • feeding, burping, diaper changing

  • wash and sanitize bottles and, or breast pumps

  • maintain a calm, nurturing environment for baby

  • light household tasks (dishes, baby's laundry, etc)

  • meal prep for mom and, or baby ( early morning breakfast or late night snack)

  • maintain a log of baby's feedings and diaper changes
