Our psychotherapist can provide emotional and mental support to those in need. In the social work field for 8+ years, she is a registered psychotherapist with ample experience working with mental health, youth, and marginalized communities. Our therapist works with many clients who have experienced trauma & PTSD, depression & anxiety, mental health disorders, identity issues, life transitions, church hurt, and other faith-based issues. She uses a very integrative approach, pulling from different theories, such as CBT, narrative, DBT, person-centred, Christ-Centred and more to create a treatment plan unique to your needs. In your first session, you'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. Service rates are $110 for student sessions, $165 for individual sessions, and $210 for family sessions. She offers direct billing to eligible insurers and also offers low-cost therapy for individuals and students who qualify.
