Who we are
Relieve-Me is a community-based support provider dedicated to supporting children, youth, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD/DD). By working directly alongside families and support networks, we deliver practical, person-centered care that respects the unique rhythm of every home. From building functional life skills to providing Inclusive Event Support for birthday parties and milestones, we show up where families need us most. We are committed to making professional support accessible across Ontario, proudly serving individuals through Passport funding, self-directed government funding, and private pay options.
Why we Exist
Relieve-me existe pour aider et soutenir les adultes aux personnes âgées qui ont besoin d'aide à la maison et qui peuvent avoir des problèmes de santé mentale. Les troubles de l'humeur comme la dépression et l'anxiété sont à un niveau record et peuvent empêcher les personnes de vivre et de fonctionner à un niveau agréable de santé mentale et physique.

How we do it
We keep it practical, personal, and professional. We provide individualized, non-medical support services tailored to each person’s goals, strengths, and daily living needs. Our approach is person-centered, family-directed, and community-focused.

➤ At Celebrations: Our unique Inclusive Event Support ensures that birthday parties and milestones are accessible and stress-free for the guest of honor and their family.​
➤ We align our billing and reporting to work seamlessly with Passport funding, the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), and other self-directed government options.

Our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, supported, and engaged lives by providing high-quality, flexible, and person-centred support services that enhance independence, community participation, and overall well-being.
Our Vision
Is to be the most trusted, preferred, and sought out source and answer to prayers when individuals are looking for help and support at home. Because we are a community where individuals of all abilities are supported, included, and valued—where families have access to responsive, trustworthy support services, and where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are able to live with dignity, choice, and opportunity throughout every stage of life.
