Service Description
When should you reach out for Family Support Services? Do you need support to advocate for yourself, or matters related to your child or loved one's specific diagnosis? Do you need assistance applying for government funding such as ODSP, Passport, SSAH, ACSD etc.? Do you need help with planning, or support to transition to community or adult services? Do you need help liaising with or getting referrals to community and government agencies, programs, or services? Do you need support with building a network of care? If you answered yes to any of these, you need the service of Relieve-Me Family Support Services. We help families connect to community resources, government support, and financial resources. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel a social support booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time, the entire time will be non-refundable.
